Dr Yee and his team have been our medical providers for nearly 20 years. They provide remarkable service. We nearly never have to wait more than three days to get an appointment, and sometimes, like today, they fit one of us in within an hour. They never seem rushed and gladly address more than one medical issue. Yet our visits are efficient and brief. They give good feedback after tests. They offer a good balance of medical interventions, medications, and self-care advice. Many thanks to all of them.
I recently went to an appt for my daughter. The covering secretary that was filling in was an absolute nightmare. She embarrassed me in front of the whole staff as well as the patients in the waiting room. She actually opened the door to our room and barged in, going off about being 10 min late and that Dr. Yee said he would "still" see my daughter and is waiving the late fee "this" time.
