I entered NWMC through the ER August 18 with a septic kidney and Dr Scarborough and Dr Mohamed took very good care of me after I was admitted into the hospital. I had no idea how sick I’d become. They checked on me twice daily until I went home . Id recommend Dr Scarborough and Dr Mohamed and NAMC to anyone!
After being a patient there for over two years I can’t really ever get an appointment and they refused to cooperate with disability services at my school. I am in the Masters program and I’m going to have to leave because I cannot get any help or information from the office and I have called over and over and over and they will never send anything to my school or speak with me about it and I’m not getting the adaptations I need. I am working on a masters in mental health counseling in this is absolutely inhumane
My sons appointment was at 1pm, it is now 2:21 and no sign of being called back, there is only two patients besides him, they were called back, one came out. Still sitting in waiting room, no other patients. I will update after doctor is seen... Moving forward, my son seen the nurse practitioner and was treated very well, great staff, worth the wait.
