Terrible office. I am writing this review for my mom who has been going to this office since 2017. The care at this office has gone down the drain. The office staff is extremely incompetent, from not returning phone calls, not double-checking paperwork for accurate data, and making patients wait in the waiting room for 2-3 HOURS!!!! My mom was also prescribed a medication THAT WOULD'VE KILLED HER!!! PUBLIX PHARMACY CAUGHT THIS MISTAKE!!!! NOT THE DR or the DR STAFF! For a routine apt, the average wait time is 1.5 hour. Absolutely agree with both positive and negative reviews. Great doctor (who's hardly there anymore). Terribly run business demonstrating profound disrespect for its customers and their time.
