Not sure why everyone says this business doesn't exist. I'm sure people are allowed to take a break when they need it, right? At any rate, Chris was alive and in the flesh fixing a weird issue I had with my hot water circulation pump today. Worked with him through my home warranty company, but would hire him again for non-warranty work as well.
