Very happy with Dr. Vilcheck. He is very through and explains everything to you.
I'm so grateful to have dr. Vilcheck as my optometrist. He's always been exceptionally thorough and explained everything in detail. He 's kind and patient. I dont want to see anyone but him.
Booked an appointment the other day, they were able to bring me in sooner due to someone cancelling, which was appreciated. What was not appreciated, is that they still have a mask requirement with no prior heads up. I am unable to wear a mask due to medical reasons, which I tried to communicate. I was rather rudely told that my appointment was now canceled (after I drove there) and that I was told about the mask requirement ahead of time (I wasn't).
