Our experience with Dr Tuffley and his team was second to none. From initial consult to recover, the entire experience went seamlessly. Dr Tuffley's direct yet fun demeanour made us feel at ease with the procedure and what to expect (especially since this type of extraction was complicated & major) so we were able to be realistic with our expectations. I just saw Dr John Tuffley and he is an excellent diagnostician, keeps it very clear and simple,he explained everything and it almost brought me to tears knowing exactly what it is, "the knowing what it is is a major part". He gave me options and advised the progress and developments in the surgical world. He also advised of how to manage the condition for my particular case. Thank you Dr Tuffley.
The most patronising experience I have ever had with a medical professional. He may be an excellent surgeon for all I know, but he is not and excellent human. Left me in tears.
