I adore Dr Thurmond Dr Senger, and especially Amy Tackle FNP. I love the compassion and care I receive every time I go. You really can't go wrong selecting any of these wonderful practitioners as a primary care provider.
I want to preface this review by saying that I made every attempt to contact the office directly to resolve these issues, with no success. Therefore, I feel compelled to share my experience so others can make informed decisions. I’ve been dealing with chronic pain since August, and unfortunately, my care at this office has been marked by poor communication, repeated delays, and a general lack of urgency or compassion. The office staff is excellent. However, without fail, and every notes are reported incorrectly about the doctors visit plus prescriptions are consistently not submitted to our local pharmacy. This has occurred each annual physical for the past four years. Also, for each of the past 2 years, they have changed my confirmed annual physical from Dr Thurman to Dr. Senger With no notification. Since moving to Mansfield a few years ago I appreciate the knowledge, care & attentiveness of this staff; from the reception desk, on-line help and I love my NP, Amy! You won’t go wrong when you need medical help from this staff.
