My regular dental checkup was efficient, courteous, and professional. My hygienist and Dr. Tahach and staff were caring and informative. Visit was excellent.
Absolutely horrible experience. I went in for a filling. Dr Takach let his assistant Carter take over. She is the worst. Zero people skills. Very abrasive and rude. When I requested Dr Takach, she the the dental tool hanging in my mouth. I tried explaining to Dr Takach how bad the experience was, he brushed me off. I was told to have a nice day when everything was done with absolutely no instructions on what I should eat, when the numbness would go away or anything. Very unprofessional.
Dr T is an excellent dentist. Staff are always friendly and helpful.
