Dr zfunai literally saved my life physicality, mentally and most of all spirituality, was his patient from 1999 to 2012, 30 years of atrial fibrillation lead me to heavy drinking, because of Dr Funai's care he was able to have enough trust in me to send me home with meds to detox, been healthy and sober since 8/23/2006, always my dakine and friend forever, many mahalo's my favorite Dr!!! Dr. Funai is an outstanding doctor, cardiologist and person. I had to move off of Kauai after 8 1/2 years, and I have to say that leaving Dr Funai's care was a great loss to me. I have a pretty complicated set of four decade+ old conditions, and he dealt with them better than any other cardiologist I have ever been able to find.
