Really liked the doc for a number of years, was thorough, etc. Staff was great and responsive, no issues. Then his practice became part of Uconn Health, and it all changed. I could not get hold of his office, my calls always went to a Uconn receptionist who was supposed to forward information on, which never happened. I went from feeling like a valued patient to just another number. This went on for over a year and I became frustrated with the whole process, especially with recommendations for specialists. Since Uconn has taken over, inefficient, redundant with very poor follow up.
Staff is professional, compassionate, and caring. Getting test results was quick and easy. Been a patient for over 10 years and will continue to do.
