Wonderful and kind doctor. The admin staff has had a bit of trouble servicing the phone call traffic. I had complained of this and rightly so but at today's visit I was apologized to, had the situation explained honestly to me, and was assured the defect in routing and servicing phone calls/call backs and availability was being taken care of.
