Slow
I was told to wait 45 min to 1 hour. I did wait ~50 min and asked the customer service again and there are still 11 people before me. She said, "I told you in the beginning that it is busy and you could wait for 1 hour or more". Why dont just admit your mistake instead of lying?
Can't be trusted in my opinion, and won't put in print why.... but he is happy to misrepresent what he said in consultation to authorities to protect himself instead of a child. Avoid him.
