I had a great experience with Valley Medical Center. I was taken care of by Dr. Schoonmaker, and everything went smoothly. After that, I kept going to this practice for yearly checkups with Dr. Schoonmaker, who has been awesome as well. The nurses are also all very good and gentle. Very kind and professional people, so I recommend this practice.
Dr. Schoonmaker is truly unique! In all my years of visiting various doctors, I've never come across one who took as much time with me as Dr. Schoonmaker did. He made my visit very enjoyable and didn't make me feel rushed.
This place is very unprofessional. The times I’ve called to make appointments on call are very unpleasant. Not a welcoming environment. When asked questions they’re not specific. They give you paperwork and lab work paper but don’t give you instructions of when to get your lab work done or procedures. They’re very unorganized with making appointments. I am for sure going to a different place.
MENIFEE'S TOP CLINIC! Dr, Schoonmaker and his staff are the definition of quality medical care. Every time I visit Dr. S he's very welcoming and personable! He's experienced and tries to find the best treatments for each patient with the benefit and interests of his patients in mind. The clinic is clean and has a handful of rooms for exams and visits. Dr. John is absolutely wonderful! He listens, cares, allows you to be a part of your healthcare, and is honest in his feedback. I am grateful to the entire team for treating their patients with respect rather than being just another number.
