i liked Dr. Tsakonas. unfortunately, in my followup when i was supposed to have several tests, the office manager continually harassed me about paying a week old bill. she didn't seem to care about my actual appointment, in spite of the fact that the bill was not overdue. a genuine lack of courtesy or respect for the patient.
