My appointment had to be rescheduled several times. The team just seems dismissive in some encounters when you are expressing a concern. I really hope this is read and that they consider how to improve bedside manner at this facilities with Dr. Touliatos and staff.

I visited this doctor to investigate an abnormal CT scan of the soft tissue in my neck, along with another issue I was experiencing. During the appointment, a scope was used to examine my throat, and I was quickly told, “I don’t see anything—have a good day.” It was clear my concerns weren’t being taken seriously. I didn't care for this doctor at all. I went to see him because I had some concerns about some hoarseness that I have been having. My goal was to eliminate the hoarseness so that I can go back into one of my passions.....and that is singing. He did a nasal endoscopy and told me that there was a little irritation and that I had no nodules.
