I do not recommend this office. Staff is incredibly rude and has outright lied on several occasions (specifically Melba), even in a legal statement! I've never experienced such unprofessional behavior in my life. How she is employed I do not know but that also tells me the behavior and practices that Dr. Neutzmann allows and supports at his practice. My parents were both patients of Dr Nuetzmann.
The office staff is rude and unwilling to help. I've never had a professional hang up the phone on me. When the Lab tech called about my blood work she insulted the Tech and then lied about returning the call. Dr. Nuetzmann is average, awkward and only knows how to deal with people who are complacent. I've had many bad healthcare experiences, but this was the worst.
I was a patient of Dr. Nuetzmann for several years and was treated very rudely by him and his staff. This didn't seem like a healing environment--but merely a means to make money.
After reviewing my history and symptoms, the Doctor accredited my symptoms to stress, due to my approaching wedding. Finally, He ordered bloodwork, which he informed me that he would get results in 24 hours but might not get back to me for a week, since he is very busy. I got a call back with results; he prescribed meds with no follow up. I saw another doc for 2nd option, who informed me that the rx given needed to be closely monitored otherwise could lead to my heart stopping. I'll never return
Great doctor and office staff. Very friendly. My whole family is seen here. I never have problems scheduling apts or getting in to see the doctor in a timely manner. I would highly recommend this office to anyone looking for a family doctor in Bellingham. The only minor issues I've had is getting prescription refills but they eventually get taken care of.
I had seen the doctor about 3-4 times and called with regards to leg numbness. The doctor prescribed physical therapy and after two therapy appointments, my symptoms had spread to both feet and one leg. I called the office first thing one morning and asked to speak with the doctor and never received a call from the doctor. The office returned my call the next afternoon and told me that an MRI is expensive. I have since had the MRI and am now seeing a neurologist; with the help of others.
