Called in, put on hold twice, and hung up on. I called right back. Another lady picked the phone up. She was just as rude, talking over me and kept that up several times Dr. Hergenrother is great. The lady that works directly with Dr. Hergenrother is great
Called in put on hold twice taking off hold rudely spoken to when I mentioned about it. The poor manners I was hung up on I called right back. Another lady picked the phone up. She was just as rude over talking me and kept that up several times 30 times at that point I didn't care if I ever went back I've been self-employed for 41 years. The Best! Very thorough with positive energy
Dr Hergenrother is excellent!! I live in Dayton, Ohio and travel to Christ Hospital for my visits...well worth the travel.....he is professional, courteous, caring, and very through. He take his time with me, and has been so proactive and involved with getting me prepared for my future and starting the transplant process. Highly reccommended!!! I was going to a Nephrologist in Dayton for 8 years and it has been a total waste of time and money!!!
