It's always a bit nervwrecking to have an appointment for the first time with a new doctor, Dr. Rickard, however, puts one at ease the minute he enters the room. He answered my questions, made suggestions in the most friendly manner. I already look forward to see him at my next appointment
Dr. Rickard takes the time to listen your concerns and addresses them in a way that is easy to understand. He gives you an idea of what may be next in your treatment so that you have time to consider and prepare yourself. I couldn't be happier with a different doctor.
