I have never met a more reckless, careless, irresponsible, money hungry doctor in my life. He got me completely mentally dependent on ketamine at four times a week for a year at least. Then, our of nowhere, the rules changed and I no longer could have it at home. I told him the news was "devastating" and he laughed at me and blew me off. This office is taking advantage of the mentally ill! Their policy is to change patients $100 for missing an exam and they do not call or send reminders. This is ridiculous!! My veterinarian sends an email, text AND they call before an appointment, so does my dentist. My HAIR STYLIST does that same. I understand chargeing something but for most of us $100 is a lot of money.
