Great family DR and office recommended
Dr. Zaso has been seeing my 7 month old son since he's been born- we've had a great experience so far. I read other reviews about the practice and saw that a lot of people had negative comments to say about the front desk. All I can comment on is my experience and they have been nothing but great; they answer the phone right away, they communicate clearly and are very kind. I would definitely recommend this practice based off the amazing care and attention my son has received from both Dr. Zaso and the front desk team.
First let me say, Dr. John Zaso is AMAZING and the PA and Nursing staff are just a great! But I agree with the comments here about the front desk. The quality, customer service, and medical office operations are failing. They've seen several of my children for OVER 20 YEARS. We live in Suffolk and have been driving to Nassau (40+ minutes) EVERY YEAR for exams and sick visits. Each time, we're faced with antiquated poorly photo copied patient forms to complete.
