Dr Walters takes the time to sit down with you and talk to you and get to know you. He's like the old School doctor you see in the movies. I highly recommend Dr Walters . He is extremely knowledgeable in his fiel field and has a genuine interest in the health of his patients as opposed to many doctors who just run them through and care more about billing the insurance companies than their patients. Dr. Walters was my grandma's (Nelda Holt) Dr for years before she passed away. He takes the time to listen and explain things. We never cared about the wait because we knew my grandma was getting excellent care. Thank you for your years of service with my grandma.
Horrible first experience. My appointment was at 11:30 am I got there at 11:15. I didn't get seen until 145 pm. I will say John Walter's actually took time to listen and discuss each issue which made me come back and edit this review from 1 star to 3. I feel like this level of attention is lost in larger hospitals. I felt like he actually cared
The wait times are ridiculous. Every time I go I have to wait 1.5 hours+after my appointment time to be seen. As if I don't have a job and a life to get back to. They say it's so each patient gets personalized care, but then they should take time gaps into consideration when scheduling appointments. I thought he was great and cared on my first appointment but I have gotten zero help for my chronic back pain. Take advil is all I get as if I haven't already been doing that duh.!
