I appreciate Dr. Swan’s knowledge and patience. When he is late, he never rushes and still provides thorough care. He listens, asks questions, and checks areas that are of importance to make sure there are no issues. He reviews labs and other test results to monitor improvement. I’ve been seeing him in the absence of my assigned PCP, and I am grateful.
Unfortunately my primary dr is on medical leave and I got stuck with Dr. Swan. This has to be the absolute worst dr. I have ever been to. He was running 40 minutes late and I waited patiently. He couldn’t find my labs in the computer system and tried to get me to go to the lab again. My cholesterol was high and I needed my prescription updated. Cardiac issues run in my family.
