If I could give zero stars it be to high. They promised to come and no showed after taking payment. Worse part is they now forward to voicemail on call. Do. Not. Use. This is a SCAM.

Great service. Quick to respond to call. Knowledgeable. First couple of times the cost of his service was reasonable but the service costs were very high the last time around. I felt the plumber took advantage of my water leak situation. As a point of reference, the water leak repair that took 30 minutes to complete was more than twice the cost that I was charged for a three hour refrigerator repair.
Knowledgeable, timely and good value. We would be calling Zow anytime we need a fix or when we are going to do our remodel.
