Sleep Study,Pulmonary dept(horrible experience), Dec 30, 2024. I've had a cpap for 6 years and issues with my current machine so my insurance required a new sleep study. Long story but I'll sum it up... they gave me a sleeping pill because of my concern about breathing and sleeping, a 9 hour test of not being able to breathe/choking with 19 episodes an hour! The lady who I was speaking to on the phone literally hung up on me. I'm not experienced in calling clinics for health care and I didn't understand what she meant by primary care in all honestly. I asked what they did here at the clinic and she just repeated herself even though I told her I didn't understand the first time. As I was speaking she just hung up. Very unpleasant experience. I'm sorry I don't understand a certain term.

My experience with male health system East ridge clinic was down right horrific. I was told I was no longer allowed to go to family practice. For missing two appointments. The two appointments and the question I tried to cancel both was on hold one hour and 42 minutes the first time, and was on hold 37 minutes the second time. There is an option to leave a message for your care team. Which I did both times. I am on social security disability. For mental disabilities. I tried to cancel through the patient portal. Great program, they won’t fix you 100% (no 28 day program will) but they will give you the tools skills and ideas you need in your recovery moving towards, great place helped me get clean and most of the staff of very good

Scam on the cool sculpting. $5000.00+ that I used funds that I had saved for many years. I had researched options to keep belly fat under control to help with your hormone health from menopause. I had managed to to do this most of my life without difficulties but now needed some help. I was told and shown the amount of fat cells that would be permanently removed by the Mayo Clinic employee who did the procedure of at least 1 1/2 inches.
