I just called to make an appointment for a cataract and glaucoma check. The receptionist said we don’t do that, we are specialists. She had an attitude. I said that the doctor who checks my eyes referred me. The receptionist again said, we don’t do that. Why so rude and unprofessional? I hung up and made an appointment with Eastern Eye Associates in Williamsburg instead. They were extremely nice and professional. Don’t waste your time with Dr. Nordlund.
