Was very upset when my daughter called them the day she was being discharged after delivery and they told her they were accepting new patients to bring her newborn in the next day as he was having a severe rash the hospital thought may be coming from the formula she gets up and drags him out in the cold to get there to be told that no one talked to her and that they weren’t accepting new patients !!! It took me more than two months, several phone calls and a visit to their office to be able to get clarification about a bill that I received. Now because of their lack of customer service, I lost $420 discount from my health insurance. I would not recommend them.
Everytime I come here, the doctors and nurses alike have always been kind and repectful towards me. Ive been coming here since I was a baby and I always enjoy the expierience even if its not the best reason I'm there. I do recommend trying them out and if you feel like you enjoy this environment, please come back
