I have gone to Dr. Hubanks twice in the past two years. He seems to me a classic family doctor style professional. Very experienced and skillful, yet observant, relaxed and in tune. He gave the impression that he had plenty of time--completely unrushed--yet was very efficient. I was in and out quickly, even though I had procedures in both ears and several questions. Dr. Hubanks is exceptionally good and a delight to work with. Making an appointment is another matter. Two attempts to work through this newest edition of "voicemail hell" finally led to an appointment. All of the USC advertising during the process was rude and insulting. If I made the call I don't need to hear about all the many medical issues I could have while I am only trying to make an appointment. Once you have sold me on becoming a patient, stop selling.
