I just want to say that Dr.Hooper is a great guy he's helped me for a couple years now with my kids medical card renewals and I know here are more people out there that needs Dr.Hoopers approvals I recommend anyone and everyone to go see Dr.Hooper in Enid it's fast they are super nice.
