Wish I could give less than one star. I made an appointment ( Through the call center because you can't talk to the office directly. They called me back 3 times trying to change or get the appointments straight. My appointment was supposedly set after the first call) I took off work without pay and drove into Carson City from 40 minutes away. My appointment was for 3:00. Dr. Holman is a competent, courteous, easy person with whom to communicate. To make an appointment, a call must be made through a call service. Ridiculous!!! A waste of time and only one person answering my calls is polite. The rest are blunt, impatient and rude. Generally have to wait for a callback to speak with someone in Dr. Holman's office. It is easier for me to drive twenty five minutes to the office, schedule an appointment and complete errands before returning home. Staff in the office are polite.
