I don’t write reviews even though I always read them. I came to look up his address for a specialist appointment and was sad to see he doesn’t have 5 star reviews. Dr. Fernandez is a gifted medical professional and I dealt with far too many. He has literally saved my father’s life, mine and my brothers. He is kind, HUMBLE, and really really cares about the person who he is treating. However, I have to agree I do not understand why his front desk is either extremely elderly or over worked. The doctor is an amazing doctor but his staff is the worst I have seen, they are beyond nasty, rude and it is a shame that the doctor allows this in his office. They have no customer service, they need anger management, miserable staff!!!!!!
