Love dr Carter!
Dr. Carter is awesome. He treats me like a patient not a number. I've been going to this practice for over 40 years and even though I no longer need an Obstetrician, Dr. Carter takes care of all of my GYN needs. Wouldn't want to go anywhere else.
I am a huge fan of Dr. Carter!! Fantastic bed side manner… very knowledgeable… funny and makes you feel at ease. He is wonderful. I am thankful I found him!!
