My husband has been seeing Dr. Boyd for about 15 years now. He went in about 6 months ago for swelling in his legs, Dr. Boyd told him "he was fat". About a month ago he went back in for a cough that he's had for several months and Dr. Boyd told him he had acid reflux and to take Nexium. Last Thursday my husband went back in for more swelling and Dr. Boyd did another blood test, told him to go to the hospital, and it turns out he has end stage renal failure and will need a kidney transplant, hence the swelling and coughing.
