I seen Dr John several years ago I wasn't pleased with him. I called to check on a upcoming appointment in September I requested to see Dr Jogenpally and was told by Pam I wasnt allowed to switch doctors in the practice. It's my health my insurance my money I should be able to see the doctor I requested. I am finding another hematologist.
Do not go there. My appt with Dr. Ponugupati was changed 4 different times by the office. Arrived 10 minutes before their request time to be there at 9AM. Was told my appt wasn't until 9:45 and they wouldn't check me in until 9:30.
Thank you for taking such wonderful care of Robert. We really appreciate you and your staffs kindness and support through the cancer journey. In the end thank you for being honest and compassionate as we came to terms with what was ahead of us. Pancreatic Cancer may have taken Robert from us but with your help we got to spend a few more months enjoying him and his love for us. Thank you! The Robert Elmore-Evans Family❤️
