Wow! That receptionist is something else! Never felt so insulted for absolutely no reason in my life before. Dentist himself is alright but he should really consider firing the lady at the front desk or at least consider including some benefits such as anger management classes in her employment contract.
No complaints about John himself, however the receptionist at his practice is more unforgiving than Cerberus. Will not be coming back here.
Unless you are perfect you will not get past Suzanne She is a precious uptight woman who John is scared of
Have been going to this dentist for years. John Paul himself was okay however his wife Susanne (receptionist) was appalling. Incredibly rude and intolerable to the point where i could not go back.
John has been looking after our Family for more than 10 years, John and his staff are very caring and provide excellent service, there is always followup following your appointment.
