I was very sick with 24 yr old saline implants and Dr Pierce is a highly respected surgon who believes in Breast Implant Illness! I travel from Montana to have my implants removed and now I am 100% fine in fact I am thriving! My surgery went perfectly and my breasts look very nice with minimal scaring ( I did not have a lift) The entire staff was professional and very caring. I Seriously can’t say enough good things about Dr. Pierce. I had an explant surgery with capsulectomy and muscle repair and the whole experience was amazing. He’s so genuine and reassuring, and I felt comfortable and confident the entire time. I even traveled from Oregon for my surgery and it was 100% worth it. I couldn’t be happier with my results and I’m so grateful for the care I received. I would absolutely recommend Dr. Pierce to anyone considering this surgery.

September 21, 2025 Forum/Review Post Draft (Dr. Pierce and Wife Included) I’m struggling and wanted to get some perspective from this group. For 27 years I had implants without a single complication.
