Ignored my presenting problem and medical history in favor of a cookie- cutter treatment plan. Several years later, I am left with new problems arising from treatment while my original problem remains unresolved. He can execute a procedure well but lacks critical thinking in his diagnosis.
I am still thankful that I had my sinus surgery, and tonsillectomy with Dr Phillips in 2002. Best decision ever. He was great! Very caring, listened , and no regrets.

The doctor was treating him poorly and talking to us like we are idiots.
