I've never been more disappointed in a healthcare professional, clinic, or place before. Upon moving from Austin a few months ago, I needed to switch doctors for my 7-year-old son, who suffers from chronic asthma. I called in October to schedule a new patient appointment and start his medical record, not for an emergency, but to ensure his ongoing care. Is sad that You go and trust them whit your car and they give it back whit damages and then they be saying is they can't do nothing abt it
My son saw him for years in Fort Worth and in Abilene Texas and him and his staff are freaking awesome!!! My son is Autistic and he saw him for Asthma, him and his staff were always awesome with him and got him smiling. Love love this staff!!!! My son does not like doctors, but this staff always made him feel loved and relaxed. They always went above and beyond with my son so much that they were his favorite place to go.
Dr. Pfaff and his team at Cook's children's hospital in Ft. Worth are awesome! Best doctor ever. He truly cares about his patients and their family. He has treated our child with cystic fibrosis for years now. He uses new medicines and researches new ways to fight this deadly disease. He is professional and kid friendly. We highly recommend him.
