I believe Dr. Pettinato is an amazing Neurologist, although quite a few things have been missed and the front office staff is not professional or friendly. They do not care if they keep or accommodate existing patients.
I've been with him for over 10 years and like him. His office staff is awful. I made an appointment, they never finalized it so hey, no appointment! I'm SOL! Practice manager was going to call, patient advocate was going to call. No calls! So incredibly disrespectful of patient' s time. My migraines send me to the hospital without Botox , I've had a stroke, but guess that's my problem. Screw me. Unbelieveable.
Went to him overall 3 times last 18 yrs. I get bad headaches, forgetfulness, fogginess, don't remember things when I have my attacks. I've had to big head injuries in the past. First time he told me I need to see a shrink, 2nd time he tells me to leave can't help me, 3rd time last yr, walks in and says... What do u want and why are you here, then threatened to pully drivers license because I suggested I might have either seizures, strokes or something else.
