My doctor isn't too bad and is usually helpful when I am allowed to see her. The receptionist on the other hand will never make me an appointment for anything. She wouldn't let me make an appointment for my kids chronic coughs, won't let me book at the walk in for pain and just sends us to the ER. She is part of why our ER departments are so crowded. I've had Dr Pearce as a family doctor for a while now. He's good, listens and doesn't just sweep my concerns under the rug, like I have experienced in the past. Despite my forgetfulness he's been patient and never rude.
If I could give a 0 I would. No bedside manner. Makes you feel like you wasted his time. 5 weeks of being sick and he says it viral. While I have sleepless nights, pushing medication that I don't want. I suffer being on. I am not happy one little bit
Got denied to raise my medication because receptionist told me “it’s just grief” when my loved one passed and when I was going through a hard time. Never coming here again, had to switch family doctors.
