I have been seeing Dr Payne for 2 years for eye injections and he is so gentle and is very caring of his patients. I love his staff! I always feel like I am a person and not a chart number! They make sure your completely numb before the injections.. I have never had any discomfort! Dr Payne makes you feel comfortable and I kinda look forward to going for my appointments😁
My appointment with Dr. Payne today was excellent. This was my first visit, and he was extremely thorough, answering all of my questions and concerns. The staff especially *Lauren were amazing. Vision concerns can be scary, and I truly appreciated being heard, seen, and made to feel comfortable throughout the entire visit. Add to this how extremely they were and this did not take away from patient care.
Very thorough and explained everything during my appointment. I Highly recommend!
