Had two retinal detachments in 2017 Dr Payne did surgery on both eyes one had some complications but he corrected everything and my vision was far sighted... I've needed glasses my whole life, now my vision is 20/20 both eyes. Now i see perfectly with no glasses....He saved my vision and his staff is outstanding i highly recommend!!
