I was very pleased with my first visit to Dr. Lavo! Minimum wait time, nice and efficient receptionists, and an assistant who was very friendly and very attentive as I explained my issues. Dr. Lavo was friendly, as well, listened and gave me a diagnosis based on what I told him. However, he does have a plan for what he will do in order to make a more definitive diagnosis. I was pleased with that decision; and, overall my entire experience. I look forward to having Dr. Lavo's expertise and experience in solving my ENT issues!
Dr Lavo was very thorough in both listening to my questions and explaining options. He outlined my Plan of Care enabling me to clearly understand expectations
Dr. Lavo was awesome! He explained everything seriously and was so sweet with both of my children.
