They do not answer the phone. Extremely frustrating.
Last week my mom was diagnosed with covid at the ER. She was told to call her family doctors office and talk with her doctor. She did, they told her that Richards would call her back. He didn’t. How is my mom supposed to get medical advice? go to the ER again? She can’t keep any food down and is getting weaker because of it. We’ve had problems in the past with Dr. Richards not responding to us, and I’ve had my own problems with his unfriendly communication skills when I had Gallstones a few years back.
