I went in for concern of my heart. Dr. M performed an echocardiogram in addition to a contrast dye. He told me that not only did I have a blockage in my corner artery, but that my ejection fraction was abnormal. He recommended doing a cardiac catheterization to scope my heart at Norwegian Hospital. Not sure about how the physician is here but the staff is plain rude.
Rude, rude, and rude. The doctor told me I should change my name, because it’s not appropriate for a woman. He insulted me several times. I was told he would call me to give me my results (that never happened). So I called and they said i have to come in to get my results (basically they just want you to pay for another visit). I said I couldn’t come in at specific time of day and the receptionist just kept offering different days at the exact same time. Best Cardiologist Dr in Chicago... He smart, very compassionate with his patients. Great communication & always on call to answer questions. He has saved my father's life numerous times for the past 12 years. A true blessing!
