I have had an outstanding experience with Dr Long and his staff. His competence is without peer. He is a busy man and I am a perfect example of a patient who was not going to settle for anything less than a MGH qualified surgeon. He took me right away and I am profoundly grateful for the healing that his work has done for me. If you want excellence Dr Long is the one. His no nonsense approach is ideal. No sugar coating. Straight forward. Couldn’t be happier to be under his care.

What a nasty experience. For an appointment I have to wait 2 months for, he shows up 40 minutes late and I am made to feel as if I wasn't worth his time. He would roll his eyes as I am telling him my symptoms and really in rush to finish this appointment. Maybe he hates his job or something.
i went to see Dr Long about a month ago. I really liked his right up front method. He tells it as it is. He is very up front. I prefer this type of doctor who just says it as it is! No beating around the bush and leave you hanging with questions after the visit. I plan to return to him for a medical procedure. After doing some research, I feel strongly confident in his hand to perform the work I need done.
