Was always my favorite for several years until after informing his office so had a torn rotary cuff and had to Dr. another doctor. The doctor gave me two medicines for the injury and Dr K released me as a patient based on Kim who actually referred me to an orthopedic. I always to take 2 extra pills if I saw a specialist. I Asked for the lab name but was not given it. I do not know if they do one on everyone and charge for a simple dipstick test which are easily false positive.
My experience with Madison Medicare Associates has been and still is absolutely GREAT a resounding 💯. Life is a challenge even if you have all or most of what you desire. When pain is ongoing and part of your daily existence, it can steal your joy, interfere with relationships, tear down dreams, weaken your ambitions, cause more disappointments, throw clutter into decisions etc. I look to God for answers blessings etc.
The Prective care program is aggravating to log in.But it does let the Dr know how you are feeling. So they are able to know what should be done before you arrive Dr Kalisac is a great Dr.I would recommend him to anyone.
I know he is a great doctor! But I am allergic to naloxone, so I had to switch to subutex and needed help with insurance to get it covered, apparently my horrible headaches, nausea, vomiting, and swelling doesn’t constitute allergy? But if suboxone works for you, that’s awesome! I wish it would have worked for me. Great physician, not good records.
Best doctor my husband Eduardo has ever seen! He truly cares about his patients. The front office receptionists are just as caring and amazing. I am so happy that he found someone so professional! Thank you Dr. John Kaliszak for taking such good care of my husband!
