My college aged daughter called to confirm her appointment, which she wrote down it to be in two more days, the receptionist was rude and said it was last week and she will have to pay $50 for a no call no show. She asked for forgiveness and the woman said “no, you’ll have to pay before he will see you”. I find this interesting that the date she said was scheduled happened to be a date that my daughter was in class; and the date I wrote on my calendar was the same as my daughters. Findlay office (unsure if other locations are the same): Always late. Sometimes waiting for 45 minutes after appt time. However, ironically, there is a posting that YOU the customer cannot be more than 10 minutes late. Warning: keep that in mind if you need to miss work to come to the appt. You will be missing a lot more work than you expect. Do not schedule anything for AFTER the appt either.
