I love Sean and Robert, but the overall experience is worse than going to Wal-Mart of the DMV. I literally hate going to my appointments. I'm always treated twenty to thirty minutes after my appointment time. I have complained every single time and nothing changes. I have told them about the demands of my professional job and that I speed down the road on my thirty minute lunch break to simply pick up my Invisalign trays and jet back, but they still don't understand that. I chose Ashby Ortho because I guaranteed a 24 month treatment and they accepted Atena. I went with Damon brackets. I was also instructed to wear bands from day 1 to the end. I did just this and it landed me to have the braces removed within 21 months. The dental assistant chipped my two of teeth and I had to go back another time to have the residue from the glue removed.
