Dr. John Nordeen took out my healthy ovaries for no reason. I need to sue him. He was only supposed to remove uterus.
The nurse was awful terrible attitude she had a cold and was sneezing and snotting all over the room never once wiped her nose or washed her hands. The nurse practitioner was just as bad! Receptionist was great! Definitely wouldn't refer and we are finding better
The procedural dermatologist (surgeon) is great. She removed a cancer with no scar when many surgeons would have disfigured me.
Support Staff needs some improvement - their phone manners SUCK.......sorry just the nicest thing I can say at the moment. First they hung on me and were then just very short with me. I guess they don't need or want new patients.
The dr sees child for about 3 minutes and doesn't even check the child. It seems like he just goes by what you tell him and then prescribes them something. I literally walked in and was done in 10 mintues which is not good for what i paid. Plus my child continued to be sick so i had to take her to another pediatrician.
I have been his patient for 30 years, and he is one of the best of the most dedicated people I have ever known. He always takes whatever time is necessary to help his patients. I consider myself priviledged to be his patient and respect him as he exceeds any of the anticipated or expected services from any doctor. He has in fact saved my life.
