VERY good doctor, explaines everything and is there for his patients
I was very grateful to finally find a good doctor here in Havasu. Then when Dr Moran had to leave for personal reasons, the communication with staff was terrible. Two days ago I had a telecall scheduled for 2:30. By 4 I called because I never received the call. They told me I would receive a call within 1/2 hr. Never received call. I called service again and asked for them to call next day. No call…. This is unacceptable. I am a patient of Dr Moran and need to see him.
Dr John Moran is the Man!!! I recently moved to Lake Havasu from Santa Barbara and I needed a new primary care physician. After doing alot of research on different doctors I could choose from I picked him. Im glad I did. From the very first interaction he put me at ease. His whole demeanor was upbeat and positive.
