Very friendly reception staff, easy to talk to. Dr John Moi provided the perfect amount of information and took the time to break it down for me when I had no idea what he was talking about. Very informative and knowledgeable, would strongly recommend seeing him if you come down with a complex autoimmune disorder. I literally have zero complaints.
I booked ny appointment with Dr Moi almost a year ago. Today, 6 days before the consult date, I was given a notification message. I was planning to respond but was very busy in the morning at work. At 11:54am, just 4 hours and 47 minutes after the notification message was sent by Dr Moi's rooms, I was notified that my appointment was cancelled because I didn't respond in time. 4 hours and 47 minutes was all they gave! it is extremely unreasonable for Dr Moi's admin to not allow suficient time to respond to a notification. I couldn’t book a time sensitive appointment (as new patient), however I would like to thank the receptionist who took the time of day to direct me to a practice who could help me. Really appreciate it!
I felt heard, I felted cared for and Dr Moi couldn't have been more thorough with his initial examination. I already had a Rheumalogogist but after not feeling I was getting the proper treatment or care and having to fight for imaging I sought a second opinion and I'm so glad I did. I have never had a doctor who was this thorough. I now know why his waiting list is so long....I'm glad I waited and got that second opinion.
